SIMPLE

When football finally made its highly anticipated live comeback locally with the Nedbank Cup, we wanted to use it as a much-needed moment of hope, celebration and commitment to beating the pandemic, together.

National flag armbands worn by players, flipped from a symbol of mourning, to one of hope and solidarity was the creative thread. The loop was closed through a real-time digital fan engagement platform as a solution for fans to interact with the match stadium and broadcast, and a virtual closing ceremony concert to end in style.
